The stand of Siemens – KUKA and partners presents the practical Industry 4.0 solution. Leaders in their respective fields, they show the path to an integrated, open to the user (personalization), highly flexible production space. We will present a complete simulation of the production process (Digital Twin) and the corresponding flexible preparation node. The generated data will be sent to MindSphere (Siemens Cloud for Industry), used in analytics and dedicated applications.

Hydrogen generator, in the electrolysis process, produces hydrogen and oxygen. Advantages of a hydrogen generator: Preparation of the mixture on a regular basis; no need for gas storage; no poisonous hydrocarbons and soot formed during the combustion of the mixture; hydrogen does not accumulate as other gases; many times smaller UV radiation; faster heating of the material; faster and cleaner cutting.

The YLS-15000-CUT laser is a new generation of an unmanned fibre laser with the power of 15 kW and record efficiency of over 40% (WPE). The limestone furnace with the unique 400 m3 construction is intended for limestone firing, single-shaft, pressure, with a sluice loading system, and provided with a furnace blast system. The furnace is equipped with a complete control of the firing process, which makes the process absolutely secure, with the measurements of temperature in the various zones of the shaft, temperature measurement of the flue gas, temperature measurement of the extracted lime, scales for controlling the charge dispensing, measurement of the charge level in the furnace.

XM60 is a laser measuring system used for measuring all geometric errors of linear axes. The use of the device significantly reduces the time of measurement, thus the diagnostics and calibration of linear axes may become a standard and routine operation of manufacturers and users of CNC machine tools. The immediate benefit from the use of the complete geometric compensation of linear axes is a significant improvement in the accuracy of machine tools, and therefore the increase in the accuracy of the dimensions of the parts produced on machine tools.

The "Innovative reactor for the production of high-quality iron" used for the desulphurization, spheroidization, vermicularization and modification of cast iron in a casting mould. The reactor is made outside the casting mould, and then placed in the mould before closing. A unique solution in the processing allowed to achieve significant savings resulting from the reduction in the cost of the production of spheroidal or vermicular castings, and significantly improved the process in environmental terms. The technology is a unique solution on a global scale.

 

 

18. Technology for obtaining normalized copper and aluminium alloys from metallic fractions originating from the processing of ZSEE waste or Cu and Al cables

The decreasing resources of primary raw materials in the world force us to look for new sources. The technology for obtaining normalized copper and aluminium alloys from metal fractions originating from the processing of ZSEE waste or Cu and Al cables is an innovative solution, which allows the use of non-ferrous alloy waste resulting from the use of products containing metals, for the production of copper and aluminium alloys and reduction of their production costs.
