On their stands you will be able to find, among others: advanced simulation software, CAD/CAM/CAE in the field of metal casting simulation, design and construction of products and equipment and the creation of documentation and engineering analyses, CNC machining programming, 3D scanners supporting reverse engineering and 3D printer used for example for rapid prototyping, metallographic microscopes with computer image analysis system, educational positions to conduct training in the control systems operation and programming, and the packages Autodesk Design and Creation, which enable to design buildings, products, installations, manufacturing plants and infrastructure, and to create entertainment.

Technological innovations

ITM Poland is a good opportunity to learn about new products and market novelties of products, services and technologies, dedicated to various industries. His year's innovations will be presented in Poznan by a number of industry leaders, such as: Abplanalp, Boschert, GF Machining Solutions, LVD, Polteknik, Prima Power, Stigal and Trumpf. In the pavilions we will see the latest models of industrial robots, press brakes, laser and water plasma cutting machines, machining, lathe and electro-erosion centres, optical measuring systems, welding heads, pneumatic and stationary rivet tools, chain hoists, and bevellers. There will also be the latest software for production and tooling management, and new systems for manual programming of CNC machine tools.

Trends, innovations, solutions

The topics discussed by practitioners are the best form of gaining knowledge, that is why ITM Poland abounds in industry seminars, conferences and workshops.

This year, for the twelfth time already, the Engineering Forum is held, with the leading theme "Innovation in the construction of bridges." As part of the Forum, four interesting panels are planned for 3 June: innovation support in the new financial perspective 2014-2020, educational offer in the field of innovation in bridge construction, innovations applied in the construction of bridges and civil engineer as an innovator. The forum is organized by MTP and FSNT NOT.

On the second day, some other events will take place, e.g. the Stainless Steel Association seminar titled "Stainless steels in the automotive and transport industry". There we will be able to learn about modern solutions dedicated to railway and road transport, as well as about applications and capabilities of stainless steel in the automotive industry.

On the same day, the seminar on “Nitriding of construction and tool steel” will be held, organized by the Institute of Fine Mechanics from Warsaw. The seminar participants will be introduced to modern technologies of nitriding and they will have an opportunity to discuss the technical problems that need to be solved in the processes of production and service, and to exchange experiences with the practitioners of the industry.

On 4 June, “Skills Boot Camp” workshops will be held, as part of the special space. The practitioners will discuss new methods of surface cleaning, testing of coating and applying various types of paints. In the space you will be able to see, for example, the devices supporting the process of painting and surface preparation.
